"Bikmo: Great folks but delivery issues"
Bikmo is really having a tough time right now. The team is super nice when you call, but they don’t seem to follow through on what they say, which has caused a frustrating delay in replacing my bike. Getting through on the phone is almost impossible. The insurance policy itself is solid, and I thought it was a good idea to get coverage for all our bikes. Specialized bike insurance is essential, but this company just isn’t hitting the mark at the moment, so it’s wise to explore all your options when picking an insurer.

"Highly recommend this service"
Aaron took care of my claim - I was 110% impressed and honestly shocked at how fast BIKMO and Hiscox (the underwriters) handled everything. The entire process wrapped up in about a week. Just make sure you’ve got your purchase and repair details ready, 'cause if you do, it’s a straightforward and easy process. I’d totally recommend it to others. You really do get what you pay for.

Absolutely fantastic. I was over the moon with the help I got from Bikmo. So, my bike got stolen right outta my hands. I reached out to Bikmo, and they were super quick and nice in their reply. No fuss at all, everything was so easy. I worked with Ryan, who was just great! It took only 3 days for my new bike to be ready…3 days!!!! Incredible. Regrettably, my bike got taken not long ago. But the team at Bikmo was super friendly and really helpful, which made filing a claim almost enjoyable! I had a fantastic experience with Bikmo.

"Stolen Mountain Bike Experience"
On November 1st, my high-end Specialized Mountain bike was taken from what I thought was a secure spot. Even with evidence of criminal damage and CCTV footage of the incident, the police didn’t seem to care much. Thankfully, my bike insurance with Bikmo, through British Cycling, kicked in, and within a week, I had a smooth and professional claims process wrapped up. I’m still out about a grand due to the excess and some accessories that weren’t covered. However, I must say, Aron, the claims handler, was top-notch, and the service from Bikmo was truly impressive.

"Awesome support, fantastic assistance"
I've been using Bikmo for a few years since I ride to work and have a couple of sweet bikes at home. The site is really easy to navigate. I've had to file two claims because of an accident and one bike getting stolen. Each time, the claims were handled in a really professional manner and quickly. I definitely recommend them!

Losing my bike was a major hassle since it's my sole way to get around and take care of my daughter, especially in emergencies. The team was super helpful, quick to respond to my questions, and truly exceptional in sorting out any problems. They were prompt in answering calls too. They turned a really upsetting situation into a much more positive experience. Honestly, this is the best company I've ever worked with, and that's no lie. Absolutely brilliant!!
